Project Types
Before any design decisions are made, PA will identify the needs of the client through interviews and surveys with owner and staff to determine the function and allocation of space as well as the budget for the potential project.
Through schematic design drawings, PA translates owner input into several building and site configurations. Once the owner approves a final design, PA will develop a full set of construction documents, matching materials, building systems, and the project time-line to the owner's needs.
Phillips and Associates will then issue drawings and specifications to potential bidders and answer any project questions. PA will also host the bid opening and make recommendations to the owner on the bids received.
During the construction phase, PA will thoroughly review contractor shop drawings to verify adherence to project specifications. PA will also be on-site often to monitor progress, correct potential errors, and provide field reports to the owner.
